Completing a request for electronic notification authorizes Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. to send quarterly reporting materials electronically to the individuals identified on the request form. The request for electronic notification must be submitted in writing and signed by the registered owner(s) or authorized representative of the account. Signatures are required; e-mail requests cannot be accepted.
