Mr. Harvey is a Partner of Black Oak Associates. He was formerly Development Director for Riparius Development Corporation and Vice President of the Enterprise Development Company. Mr. Harvey serves on the Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science, the Advisory Board of BB&T Baltimore Metro, and the Boards of Directors of the Fisher Island Development Corporation and the Maryland Family Network. Mr. Harvey received his MBA from Loyola College and his BA from the University of Vermont.
