Alex. Brown Realty Announces New Addition to Asset Management and Acquisition Teams

Baltimore, MD (May 16, 2013) – Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. (ABR) is pleased to announce that Alexander J. Rouse has joined the firm and will split his time between the Asset Management and Acquisition Teams. Prior to joining ABR, Rouse was a principal with a Maryland-based real estate advisory firm, and was previously employed in the acquisition group of Essex Property Trust, a west coast multifamily Real Estate Investment Trust. Rouse earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
