Mr. Gisriel has been associated with ABR since 1984.  He is primarily responsible for ABR's accounting systems, financial reporting and SEC partnership reporting.  Additionally, Mr. Gisriel serves as the Financial Principal of Armata Financial Corporation (ABR's subsidiary).  Mr. Gisriel brings extensive experience in all corporate and portfolio back-office operations.  Prior to his tenure at ABR, he audited ABR for three years while with Coopers & Lybrand.  He was also the Chief Financial Officer of ZEMCO Corporation.  Mr. Gisriel received his MBA from the Robert E. Merrick School at the University of Baltimore, and his BA from Loyola College.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and was designated a Financial Principal by the National Association of Securities Dealers.  Mr. Gisriel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
