Mr. Prugh has been associated with ABR since 1977, and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1984.  Mr. Prugh has extensive experience in all aspects of ABR's corporate and portfolio operations.  In addition, he is principally involved in fund marketing, client relations and portfolio management.  Mr. Prugh also served as President and Director of ABR's subsidiary, Armata Financial Corporation, an NASD registered broker/dealer.  Before joining ABR, Mr. Prugh managed property for H.G. Smithy Company and Dreyfus Bros., Inc.  Mr. Prugh is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for Johns Hopkins University’s Department of Real Estate and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Baltimore School for the Arts.  He also served as a Director of Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors Corporation and Flournoy Development Corporation.  Mr. Prugh received his BA from Gettysburg College.  He was designated a Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a Principal by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
