Charles E. Noell

Mr. Noell is President of JMI, Inc. and Managing Partner of the JMI Equity Fund, L.P.  He was formerly a Managing Director at Alex. Brown Incorporated where he served as the head of the Technology Group in the corporate finance department.  Prior to his tenure at Alex. Brown & Sons, Mr. Noell worked in the Treasury Divisions of American Security Bank and Pittsburgh National Bank.  He serves as a Director of Expert Software. Mr. Noell received his MBA from Harvard University and his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
